The problem
Your team is already using AI. The question is where.
People use it because it helps. So give them somewhere better: a workspace that knows your business, keeps your information inside and follows your rules.
Almost half of employees admit using AI in ways that contravene company policy, including putting sensitive company information into free public tools.

Five words explain the whole thing.
Context is set once and shared, so every person and every AI worker starts from the same facts and the same rules.
-
01
Knowledge
Everything your company knows, in one governed place. Every answer starts there.
-
02
Rules
Your voice, policies and no-go zones, enforced on every AI action. Some rules warn. Some block.
-
03
Studio
Where your team asks, drafts and works, with your company context already loaded.
-
04
Workers
Named AI workers that run recurring jobs on a schedule, inside a budget, and report back.
-
05
Hours
One number every month: the hours returned to your team, each one traceable to real work.
The demo
Four things you’ll see in ten minutes.
No slides. We open the workspace and show you what makes it different from a chat subscription.
-
It knows you.
Ask a question and the answer starts from your company’s knowledge, not the open internet.
-
It follows your rules.
Push past a policy and watch it warn, or block, with the reason on screen.
-
It works while you sleep.
A named worker runs a recurring job on schedule, inside a budget, and reports back.
-
It counts.
Open the hours report and click any number to see the task, the estimate and the weighting.

Installed · Governed · Measured
Hours back. With receipts.
Installed answers effort. Governed answers risk. Measured answers scepticism.
Your team never configures anything.
We set it up around your actual workflows and hand it over working.
Your rules on every AI action.
Enforced every time, with a tamper-evident audit trail and hard spending caps.
One number, every month.
Hours returned. Conservative, receipted, adjustable, and written into the agreement.
What governed means in practice
- A tamper-evident record of every AI action
- Five roles, enforced on the server
- Single sign-on with your existing company login
- Each customer’s data kept separate
- Every request flagged “do not train on this”
- Spending caps on every session
How an hour is counted
hours = time a person would need × task weight
- Failed work counts zero
- Estimates start conservative, and you can adjust them
- Click any number to see the receipt
Hours back means added capacity. It never means fewer people.

Questions
Questions about OpsEngine.
What is OpsEngine?
OpsEngine is an AI system FieldSignal installs around your actual business. It learns your company’s knowledge, follows your rules, completes recurring work and shows you how many hours it returned to your team.
How is OpsEngine different from ChatGPT or Claude for teams?
Consumer AI tools work per person and per session, so the model knows whatever somebody remembered to paste in. In OpsEngine, your company’s knowledge, rules and skills are set up once and applied to every request from every person in the workspace, with an audit record behind each one.
It also counts the work it does, so you can see what it’s worth.
Is our data used to train AI models?
OpsEngine sends a no-training flag with every request, telling the model providers it uses that your data must not be used for training. Each customer’s data is also kept separate at the database level.
How is OpsEngine secured?
Every AI interaction is written to a tamper-evident audit trail. Access runs on five roles enforced on the server, with single sign-on through SAML or OIDC for enterprise teams. Spending is capped per session.
OpsEngine is built to SOC 2-aligned controls; Type I certification in progress.
How do you count the hours OpsEngine returns?
Hours equal the time a person would have needed, multiplied by a task weight from 0.75 for simple, assisted work to 2.0 for heavy, strategic work. Failed work counts zero.
Estimates start conservative and you can adjust any of them. Click any number to see the task, the estimate, the weighting and who set it.
Where do most teams start?
On the first two of four rungs. Ask: grounded answers in your voice, inside your rules. Automate: weekly work that runs itself, the same way every time.
As the work earns trust, teams move to Delegate, where a named worker owns a whole job, and Orchestrate, where you describe a goal and it plans the work across workers and asks permission first. The knowledge, rules and audit trail stay the same underneath.
Will OpsEngine replace people on my team?
No. Hours back means added capacity: more of your team’s week for the work that needs a person. Your people still review what the AI produces.
What does early access include?
Three workflows built for you, then a three-month pilot on real work with a report of hours returned every month. You give us one 30-minute session to start. At the end, the number is on screen and you decide what happens next.
How much does OpsEngine cost?
It depends on the workflows. We scope it with you and share the number in the first working session. The early-access pilot is a single fee.
