Questions
Questions about AI Training.
What is AI Training from FieldSignal?
Practical, role-based training that helps your team use AI safely and confidently on real work.
It covers AI basics, prompting, checking output, keeping company information safe, and how to apply AI to the work each role actually does.
Who is it for?
Leaders, managers and teams, from beginners to advanced users. Leaders get the AI literacy to set priorities and manage risk. Teams get hands-on practice on their own work. Champions get a kit to coach others.
Which AI tools do you train on?
The ones your organization has approved, such as ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot or Gemini, plus any company agents or ContentEngine you already run. If you haven’t chosen tools yet, we’ll recommend ones that fit.
Is this just prompt training?
No. Prompting is only the beginning. We also cover which tasks suit AI, what company information can be used, how to review output, how to avoid inaccurate claims and when to bring in a person.
Do we need AI Enablement first?
No. Training works on its own. It’s also one of the five steps in AI Enablement, so it connects to a knowledge foundation and agents if you add them later.
How do you know it’s working?
We set up a simple way to measure adoption: who is using AI, for what, and where it helps. Office hours and feedback from your champions show us what to refresh.
What happens after the sessions?
Office hours, an AI champions kit and refreshers as tools and policies change, so the habits stick.
Do you run AI programs for youth or education?
Yes. We also run AI literacy programs for youth, workforce development and education partners. Get in touch to talk about one.
