Automate real work, not just chat.
We design, build and deploy AI agents on top of your knowledge, connected to the tools your team already uses, so a repeatable process runs end to end with the right checks in place.
Built inside the workflow, not in another tab

The problem
Most AI still lives in another tab.
Copying between a chat window and your real tools isn’t automation. The work only changes when the agent lives inside the workflow.
-
The same questions answered by hand, again and again
-
Follow-ups and handoffs that slip through the cracks
-
Information copied between email, CRM and spreadsheets
-
Pilots that answer questions but never finish a task
What we build
Agents grounded in what your business knows.
Every agent sits on a knowledge foundation, so it answers from approved sources and stays inside your rules.
-
01
Company Agent
An internal “Ask the Company” assistant. Grounded answers with citations to your approved sources, for sales, ops, onboarding and support.
-
02
ContentEngine
Our on-brand content system for marketing, sales and support, built on the same knowledge foundation. See ContentEngine
-
03
Custom agents + automation
One repeatable process automated end to end, connected to your email, CRM, spreadsheets or ticketing.

How it works
One workflow. Built, tested, handed over.
-
Define the workflow
Pick one repeatable process and agree what success looks like.
-
Design the agent
Its tools, its sources, its boundaries and when it hands off to a person.
-
Connect your tools
Email, CRM, spreadsheets, ticketing, Slack or Teams: wherever the work happens.
-
Test and hand off
We test it on real questions and tricky cases, then document it and hand it over.
Why trust it
Agents with boundaries.
-
Grounded in your sources.
Answers come from your approved knowledge, with citations you can check.
-
Knows when to stop.
Clear rules send anything sensitive, or anything it isn’t sure about, to a person.
-
Tested before it ships.
We test it on real questions and tricky cases before anyone relies on it.
-
Watched after launch.
We track what people ask, where answers fall short and what goes unresolved, then keep tuning.
Questions
Questions about AI agents.
What’s the difference between an AI agent and a chatbot?
A chatbot answers questions. An agent can also take actions: it reads from your sources, uses your tools and completes steps in a workflow, inside the boundaries you set.
Which tools can an agent connect to?
Common connections include email, your CRM, spreadsheets, ticketing and helpdesk tools, and Slack or Teams. Agents can also be deployed on the web or in an internal portal. We confirm the connections when we define the workflow.
Do we need a knowledge foundation first?
Agents are built on top of one. If your knowledge is scattered, we start with a Knowledge Foundation so the agent has an approved source of truth to work from.
How do you stop an agent from making mistakes?
We ground it in approved sources, set boundaries and refusal rules, define when it escalates to a person, and test it against an evaluation set before launch. After launch we monitor it and tune it.
Which AI model do you use?
Model choice matters, but foundations matter more. We start with your workflow, knowledge and guardrails, then recommend tools that fit.
Will agents replace people on my team?
No. They take repeatable work off people’s plates. Your team stays in control and reviews what matters.
How is this different from OpsEngine?
OpsEngine is our private AI workspace, now in early access, with named AI workers that run recurring jobs. An agent build is custom: we design one agent around one specific workflow and connect it to the tools you already use.
What happens after launch?
Agents need upkeep. Ongoing maintenance covers knowledge updates, prompt and agent tuning, QA checks, monitoring and a monthly report with next steps.
